About David Burke

I am passionate about organizations and how people can work together effectively to accomplish amazing things. I started in Knowledge Management, designing programs and implementing systems to help people get to the right in formation in the right place and at the right time. The joy of knowledge management is in the exploration of organizational structure and culture, and then designing the information infrastructure to fit the organization to help drive success. Organizational development is very much a similar endeavour to Knowledge management, but with greater scope and ability to deliver value to organizations and teams. Increased leadership capacity, building learning culture and supporting decision making in complex contexts by seeking wisdom from throughout the organization are all components of supporting the success of people.
