Experienced Operations Manager. Previously a Safety Specialist in the Rail department within Heathrow Airport. I promote a safe working environment through promotion of Safety initiatives, Colleague engagement and technical assistance such as risk assessments and investigations. I have the technical knowledge to redesign Risk Assessment templates and to analysis and investigate safety reports. However my best attribute is my ability to connect with individuals and teams to promote our agenda and achieve buy-in for a Safety First environment. Experienced Health and Wellbeing Transformation Project Manager and I was responsible for transforming the Health and Wellbeing of our Colleagues through new initiatives and projects.
