After 20 Years and 9 months in the U.S. Navy, my background consists of leadership roles in managing Office/Administrative organizations regionally and internationally. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my expertise in creating high performance teams and developing managers to achieve and/or surpass their organizational goals. Since I have taken the positions of Executive Assistant and Executive Coordinator and ran with them in the private market streamlining processes and allowing executives more time to focus on big picture items. Other areas of accomplishments include my outstanding abilities in surpassing goals, formulating and delivering high impact training and education, and deploying new methodologies to meet the specific needs of this large organization. I am a strategic thinking, performance-driven leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. As a result of my background and leadership talents, I am confident that I would be a great fit to any company.
