I lead a highly motivated and skilled team that manages a portfolio of property and health based clients with total funds under management of circa $3.0B. We provide a specialist proposition for clients with either property construction or investment lending requirements between $5M -$75M or health clients with lending requirements between $5M -$75M. We take great pride in being genuinely specialised and understanding the unique needs of our clients. I can effectively manage the sometimes competing priorities of multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally in order to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. I build trusting relationships by fostering open and honest communication and valuing personal connections. I am an effective sales coach, but also strive to lead by example.
