With over two decades of experience in finance, I have worked with renowned financial groups like GE, Home Credit, and PPF. In 2020, I co-founded ROIER, a cutting-edge crowdfunding platform revolutionizing investment in loans secured by real estate. I invest in start-ups and help to build more than a dozen successful fintechs like Zonky, Advanto, Mutumutu, and others. Throughout my career spanning 20+ years, I have held key positions in the finance industry: CEO, Home Credit (2011-2017): Led a prominent financial institution to new heights, overseeing strategic operations and driving growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Chairman, Society for Information Databases: Guided the board in leveraging data-driven insights for informed credit risk decision-making in financial institutions. CEO and Co-founder, Zonky (2015, crowdfunding platform): Pioneered a successful crowdfunding lending platform, empowering individuals to invest in each other's loans. Investor and mentor in Advanto (2019 - still active, EWA - early wage access). Helping employees and contractors to access their salary at a more convenient time. CEO and Co-founder (2018-2019), Mutumutu (insurtech): Pioneered fully online and transparent life insurance based on lifestyle. GE Capital Bank: Gained valuable experience working with a global financial institution on a senior management level with a focus on CRM.
