I am a business systems support intern and customer advocacy representative working to analyze and improve upon the complaint tracking program at Discover to reduce risk and improve upon the customer experience. I am also the Delaware Regional Leader of Discover's Pride Employee Resource Group, advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion for employees and customers. My expertise includes project management, access management, risk management, data analysis and interpretation, procedure creation and management, and presenting to stakeholders. My colleagues would describe me as a driven individual with great attention to detail and an analytical mindset who maintains a positive attitude when faced with adversity. I am seeking opportunities that will allow me to develop skills in systems development and data analysis.
