A wide ranging and diverse experience in many disciplines adapting my skills set for the numerous roles I have had starting from fabrication and installation leading on to hydraulic equipment and machinery. I have experienced work practices at every level from apprenticeship to journeyman and then to supervision and also management involving all daily aspects from pricing to end product delivery. Time served in a small run business servicing the local fishing fleet,involved in all aspects including manufacture of power generation units, hydraulic systems, pumps and pipework, deck machinery and all associated ancillary components. Supervising in all aspects of manufacture of all types of machinery cranes, winches etc, hands on in all aspects of the manufacturing processes from stores, fabrication, machine shop right through to end product delivery. Moved onto Oil and gas and have been involved in decommissioning, sub sea installation and equipment maintenance and repair and trenching/dredging. Have been involved at all levels from part of team to supervising and workshop management. Trained in all aspects of Health and safety from JSA, LOTTO, Energy isolation to holding pre/post job briefings and toolbox talks
