I love people and solving problems. It just so happens that my gift is with computers. I've worked on computers since 1996; installing Wing Commander was a chore! From installing video games to devising concrete back up plans for business, I'm always growing and learning what life has to offer every single day. Over the years, I've become fond of documentation, especially when it comes to creating How Tos for fixing problems for clients. Good documentation leads to quicker resolution of problems. Hytek-Solutions, LLC has been incubating for over 15 years, and now the journey of helping small businesses and law firms preventing hackers with good Cybersecurity practices and streamlining business processes with technology and AI has begun. At Hytek-Solutions, LLC, we aim to "Make Technology Serve YOU!", whether creating scripts to automate mundane tasks, or upgrading servers that are old and slow. PERSONAL NOTE: I'm most passionate about: family, friends, and games. I love my family and enjoy playing video games with my friends every Friday night!
