Head of Reliability & Production Engineering - Sales & Trading/Operations, Finance, Compliance In my role leading the Reliability & Production Engineering department, I managed the front, middle, and back office functions for Institutional Securities (Sales & Trading), as well as Finance, Operations, and Compliance. With a 15-year career focused on Foreign Exchange trading and risk management systems, I have built a robust foundation of professional expertise. Throughout my career, I have witnessed and adapted to the industry's evolution, consistently acting as a change agent passionate about enhancing efficiency and reducing risk through innovation. I am deeply committed to advocating for people and promoting LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion in the workplace. As the founding member of the Montreal chapter of Morgan Stanley’s Pride & Ally organization, established in 2016, I am actively engaged in the firm's global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
