About David Carey

After earning an MBA and a degree in International Business, I completed Danfoss’ Postgraduate Program, a two-year journey across four continents. During this time, I worked on critical business projects in diverse teams, sharpening my adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and cross-cultural expertise. Currently, I serve as Product Manager for Thin Film Pressure Sensors within Danfoss’ Sensing Solutions. In this role, I lead the development, strategy, and market expansion of innovative sensor technologies, driving advancements in industrial applications. Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and addressing global challenges such as AI safety, biological and nuclear risks, climate change, and animal welfare. My mission is to contribute to impactful, responsible solutions that make a difference. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring nature, playing disc golf, and engaging in philosophical conversations. I’m driven by curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, always seeking opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
