I am an experienced and highly motivated Sales Leader, Start Up & Build out specialist with over 30 years of IT Sales and Management experience working with both early stage start-ups and Global IT Vendors. My experience encompasses all aspects of the IT environment including Cloud, DevSecOps, Infrastructure & Observability. In addition to building high performance sales and support teams I have skills as a top level presenter and communicator, capable of evangelising a strategy or solution at the highest levels. In my current role as VP APJ of LaunchDarkly we are changing the way the organisations across the region look at their Release strategies & truly making a difference as evidenced by the following achievements: LaunchDarkly APJ closed FY25 ( Jan 31 2025) at GARR of 220% YoY, 128% of plan, Key revenue drivers- Sustained growth: APJ ARR grew 118% YoY- Rep productivity: Increased 221% YoY - Account expansion: NDR at +5% YoY- Partner pipeline:+424% YoY - AE Outbound pipeline:+252% YoYPrevious to this role and as #1 on the ground in HashiCorp APJ ( VP - APJ ), I managed the growth and GTM strategy of HashiCorp Asia Pacific and Japan to over 150 highly motivated staff with High profile customers across 12 countries and contributing significantly to the corporation.During my tenure at HashiCorp I had the privilege of building and managing high performance sales teams across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Sth Korea and India. This included initially line 1 leadership maturing into L2 and L3 as I built out the organisation.
