During my tenure with Kodak Alaris, I currently hold the role of Department Manager within the Kodak Moments Travel and Leisure division. In this role, I am responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day functions of customer training, internet sales customer service, and account relationship management. I have strong experience with our company’s proprietary training solutions, including leading our team to develop custom training solutions for our operational partners. I have the responsibility to design, develop, and implement training solutions for new software and hardware technology based on the needs of our strategic partners. Our software solutions are considered state-of-the-art and are a comprehensive cross enterprise imaging platform with the ability to power a major venue’s entire imaging program. Kodak Alaris technology is deployed globally at 100’s of major attractions, resorts, theme parks, cruise ships and iconic destinations. I have responsibility to maintain service level agreements for guest customer service requests for our internet sales businesses. I am also an account relationship manager responsible for multiple key accounts located in North America.
