For over six years, I have been a Warranty Manager at Bloomfield Homes, a leading home builder in Texas. In this role, I oversee the warranty process, handle customer complaints, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve any issues. I ensure quality and customer satisfaction in every project, following the high standards of the company. I have also handled construction projects from start to finish and I understand the building process. My background in accounting, sales, service, and shipping management has equipped me with skills in communication, supervision, and site inspections, which enable me to deliver timely and accurate results. I have a BS in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and I have worked for Hoffman Cabinets and Brandom Cabinets in the past. I am passionate about the field of construction and eager to learn new things and improve my competencies. I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to contribute to the success and growth of Bloomfield Homes.
