Amongst other things, we work together to- strengthen today's cashflow & ebitda - design winning strategies for future success - be more strategic in business, leadership and life - use regenerative practices so your business helps create a better world As an ASX100 start-up CEO, I scaled a multi-site group from $0 to $250m* As the founder of my multi-site group, I became a multi-millionaire in 5 of 12 years While I was a founder, I was elected chair of a business chamber and a tourism association I experimented with sustainability & regeneration, invited onto the board of Port Phillip Eco-centre I am a strategic business leader sharing my expertise. I do this through- one-on-one mentoring & exec coaching - leadership team strategy development - business unit leadership (ie GMs) cohorts A few things you might not know about me: 1. In 2009, I converted one of my restaurants from wholesalers to 180+ individual local farmers, growers & suppliers, naming it SLOW Down - Seasonal, Local, Organic & Welfare meat 2. I was elected as chair of the St Kilda Tourism Association developing what may have been the first regenerative tourism strategy 3. I burnt out living through a real-life Sopranos meets House of Cards mini-series, after leading a strong campaign as chair of the St Kilda business assoc'n, stopping billions of corrupt coastal developments which led to a parliamentary inquiry 4. I was invited onto the Port Phillip Eco-centre board and inspired a more strategic approach 5. I reopened an Art Deco theatre that had been closed for 40 years, regenerating it 6. My burnout inspired me to use my goal-setting system to recover my health & wellbeing, which not only worked, but was so profound for me, I included it in my mentoring programs. I came back to the UK in 2022 to study a master's in regenerative economics, and I founded Future of Hospitality to inspire industry leaders to shape a better tomorrow Curious about working with me?
