As CEO of both Stratos and OneLaw, I have a clear purpose: helping people and businesses grow. My journey started in software development, where I spent two decades building deep technical expertise. But my educational foundation has always had me focused on business and people management. That unique blend helps me to see opportunities to use technology as a lever for strategic transformation. At Stratos, I’ve grown a high-performing technology services firm to 60+ people, delivering world-class solutions across New Zealand and Australia. Our culture is what sets us apart: collaborative, client-focused, and committed to doing the right thing. All decisions we make are through the lense of: is it good for our people, our clients, and our shareholders (in that order). At OneLaw, I’m proud to lead a focused, customer-loved SaaS business redefining how legal practices operate. And during my time as Chair of Canterbury Tech, I helped build a stronger, more sustainable tech ecosystem for the region. Whether I’m guiding internal teams or partnering with clients, I look for hidden opportunities, strategic levers, and growth potential. I’m especially drawn to governance and advisory roles with values-aligned organisations ready to scale or evolve.
