About David Cartwright

Mr. Cartwright has over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to his role at ATCAP, he was one of the founding partners of Frontier Equity. In that role, he was responsible for executing the various investment initiatives of the firm as well as management of the investment team. Mr. Cartwright has a broad base of experience in brokerage, acquisitions, asset management, operations, and leasing with a wide variety of institutional partners. He has completed numerous office and industrial ground-up developments and has executed several comprehensive repositioning plays with successful outcomes. The early parts of his career were spent at Holt Lunsford Commercial in the areas of finance and accounting. This background provides unique experience and insight into the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate. Currently, he spends the majority of his time in an advisory role to real estate investors, tenants, and entrepreneurs. Mr. Cartwright serves in a volunteer capacity for several civic and non-profit entities. He is licensed by the state of Texas as a real estate broker and a Certified Public Accountant. He completed his undergraduate education at Abilene Christian University with majors in accounting and finance.
