As a lawyer focused on employment and labour law, I help in-house counsel and HR professionals cut through legal complexity with clear, actionable advice that protects their people and their business. I work closely with employers on a wide range of workplace issues—from terminations and human rights matters to employment contracts, accommodation, and workplace investigations. I also provide tailored training sessions on employer obligations under the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Human Rights Code, ensuring my clients are equipped to foster compliant, respectful, and productive work environments. My advice is always hands-on and practical, shaped by the specific needs and realities of each client. I represent clients before all levels of court in Ontario, before regulatory and arbitral tribunals, and have acted as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition to my employment practice, I also have experience in broader civil and commercial litigation, including product liability, civil fraud, and class actions. That multidisciplinary background helps me take a holistic view of legal challenges and offer forward-thinking, strategic solutions.
