Graduated Clinton high school class of 1984. After high school,I started working at the weetabix food company 8/8/1984-6/14/2019 starting in custodian role and worked in the packaging department. A few months later,started training on cooking cereal on high steam pressurized machines,and extruding product to correct size and weight. Have experience in extensive cleanup, forklift operations, safe quality foods, supply correct grains by date, grade,type and quantity to all food lines.Trained in GMP’s, HACCP,OSHA, lock out tag out, and PPE. Lab Technician @ Epic Enterprise 6/2/2020-7/21/2020 Responsible for machine setup and correct flavor distribution. Conduct lab testing on all finished product for consistency. Report any results that are not in range and make correct adjustments. Document results using a computer and making sure all packaging has proper descriptions. Taste test all products on the line you are responsible for and compare with previous runs. Cleanup lab throughout the shift and the disposal of trash and empty cans. Perform can weights using a scale and computer. Forklift operator @Barrett Distribution, 1/2/2020-2/27/2020 Unloading trailers and storing finished product using a forklift. Clean trailers after unloading and inspect forklift at the Beginning of shift. Warehouse cleaner @ Bunzl Distribution, 8/20/2020-10/9/2020 Maintain a clean work environment. Separate corrugated and plastic in proper compactors. Keep everything neat and organized in all aisles and loading docks.
