I have experience in coordinating high-performance teams, resolving line issues, monitoring key performance indicators, and applying Lean Manufacturing tools. I also hold specialized training in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems, allowing me to implement the highest standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of the production process.
