Leadership has always been important to me. I love through my 25 years of Management experience that I have had the opportunity to help thousands of employees grow and be successful. Most my management experience has been in restaurant work. I have also served on a national education committee along with becoming a certified facilitator for Franklin Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective people. I have over 25 years of customer service experience. I have helped grow profit and sales in several businesses.
