About David Chandra

I’m currently the Agent Coordinator at Sinar Hankyuu Hanshin mas (JV Sinasmasland and Hankyu Hanshin properties), where I lead and mentor the sales team while continuing to grow in the real estate industry. Prior to this, I was recognized as one of the top sales agents for two consecutive years, which sharpened both my selling and consulting skills. Since college, I’ve always enjoyed helping people find solutions, whether it’s clients looking for the right property or teammates who need guidance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with leading developers and agencies, including Alam Sutera, Century 21, Summarecon Serpong, Sinarmas Land, and now Citra Garden Serpong. My career in real estate has taught me the importance of leadership, teamwork, and continuous learning. I’m passionate about helping junior agents succeed, and I believe that a balanced, solid team is the key to success in every project. Outside of work, I run a YouTube channel called "Belipropertyindo", where I create home tour videos for potential clients. I enjoy videography, video editing (Adobe Premiere), and drone piloting—skills I use to make real estate content more engaging.
