Chair of CTIA Head and Hand Phantom group - including managing development team for hand phantom mechanical and materials property design and and co-authorship of Hand Phantom sub-sections within the CTIA Test Plan for Wireless Device Over-the-Air (OTA) Performance (Hand Phantom - Reference Information, Hand Phantom Definitions and Requirements, Hand Phantom Positions and Uncertainty, etc.). 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Design of AT & T laboratory for Access Point (AP) to Wireless Set Top Box (STB) RF performance testing. This includes RF performance and packet throughput measurements. Verify AP and Residential Gateway (RG) connectivity with network functions (TR-069, etc). Work with systems and SoC vendors to ensure performance criteria specified by AT & T is met. Address any issues (performance, Regulatory, functional) that are discovered during testing. Design AT & T's algorithm for DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection); implemented by CPE vendors. Conformance/ Compliance/Certification Programs Work with various standards and Regulatory agencies to document test procedures and compliance to applicable standards. Assist is designing certification programs addressing each customers individual needs. Design technical documentation and support materials for all customer products for publication. This includes product portfolio information, white papers and technical correspondence. Assist businesses in developing training curriculum for customer use with product. Project and issues resolution work with the following agencies and groups: FCC, CSA, UL, CTIA, Wi-Fi Alliance, 3GPP, PTCRB, ATIS. System and Network Architecture Act as System Engineer (SE) for AT & T OTA Dongle project. Lead AT & T Coverage of America (CAF) II and Fixed Wireless Local Loop (FWLL) initiative to provide internet connectivity to rural customers.
