I love the quote "Be curious, not judgmental" by Walt Whitman. I think about this quote everyday as I have led my team over the last 31 years. As an experienced executive director and healthcare operations professional, I have learned that good leadership requires curiosity in every aspect of our day. Whether it is with the people we serve, our teammates, or our competition, we must always ask questions. I have been blessed to have spent over 31 years working in the senior living, assisted living, nursing home, and healthcare industry. I have extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, program development, building design and development, process improvement, clinical quality management, certification/compliance, customer service, project management, and employee relations.
