As a Senior Project Superintendent I ensure timely, quality and successful completion of project. May be solely responsible for a segment of Project, and/or have Engineers/Interns reporting to them. Responsibilities: • Assist Project Manager and Owners representative in the development and updating of the CPM Construction Schedule • Coordinate, implement and monitor Project Engineer training and development • Provide administrative support for the Project • Provide leadership to the Project Staff and the Project • Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineers to Track, review, and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders and, if applicable, claims • Assist the Project Manager and in preparing the quantity reports and analyzing the labor costs • Assist in all applicable safety programs, EEO programs and Affirmative Action Program on the Project • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management process • Assist in the preparation and execution of the Project closeout process. CPR certified.
