After several rapid promotions, I found myself as a Regional IT Director for Asia Pacific at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Then, within a few years, I was a leading IT Executive for North America, and finally, today, an IT Executive at Marriott International for Canada. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’m still motivated every day to solve new challenges and go beyond what was previously thought possible!I’ve consistently earned upwards of 90% leadership scores and 80% associate engagement scores.
