I'm an Aussie living in Texas (America's America!) with a passion for turning ideas into reality and helping others reach their full potential. I've experienced a lot of the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, moved countries to start a venture backed company and learned a lot along the way. I worked in retail for a few years while at University, and I firmly believe that these foundational roles are not just jobs but life-defining experiences. They set the stage for critical skills and resilience that serve well beyond the store floor. I'm currently obsessed with understanding the mindset of gen-z employees and how to maximize their engagement and motivation at work.
