Background

About David Christopher Ayoub

I’m a seasoned energy professional with over a decade of experience leading the development and implementation of clean energy projects across the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector. My work spans solar PV, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and large-scale energy efficiency upgrades—often structured through innovative financing models like third-party ownership, performance-based incentives, and federal tax credit optimization. Currently, I help clients navigate complex incentive landscapes (ITC, MACRS, REAP, SGIP, MSP, and more), driving projects from concept to construction while maximizing ROI and regulatory compliance. I’ve led successful deployments for national retailers, industrial facilities, and public-sector clients, working closely with utilities, program implementers, ESCOs, and government agencies. My skills include strategic business development, renewable energy finance, project structuring, incentive program design, lighting retrofits (Title 24 compliance), and stakeholder engagement. I specialize in turning technical complexity into clear, actionable value for customers—and I’m passionate about accelerating the clean energy transition through practical, scalable solutions.
