Senior executive and strategic planner with significant operational experience leading a variety of large, diverse and complex organizations. Designed operations and training programs and associated risk mitigation strategies at the Company, Battalion, Marine Division and Marine Expeditionary Force levels. Experience in strategic leadership and executive management of interagency joint task forces and NATO operational commands. Experienced at planning and executing financial processes and human resource management to include hiring, assignments and skill development; corporate information management and business planning. Adept at analyzing the global political security environment and developing solutions to complex problems. A proven leader skilled in change management and leading joint and interagency staffs conducting sensitive security missions in a time constrained and often austere environment. Extensive hands-on experience in education and training. Served as Unviersity Vice President responsible for the business operations, registrar and international student program. Developed wide ranging long-term education and training strategies for major institutions in the Marine Corps including command of the School of Infantry East, Training Command and the Director of the Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS), Marine Corps University. Experience in distance education as course developer for the Amphibious Warfare non-resident course, Registrar for the Marine Corps Institute and guest instructor for the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, SAW and SEPME programs. Served as adjunct faculty and instructed at the Royal Bahrain Command and Staff College. Currently serving as a MCTOG GCE CDR Course facilitator and adjunct faculty for the Marine Corps Command and Staff College Distance Education Program teaching the second year seminar on Small Wars, Marine Air Ground Task Force Expeditionary Operations, Amphibious Operations and Operational Planning.
