I have spent my entire career in the healthcare industry and the majority of it in management. Most of my experiences relate to the operational side of the business. I am naturally a very analytical person. It is something I cannot turn off and simply happens with everything I do. I am consistent, loyal, disciplined, and positive toward all. I am generous with praise and quick to smile. It is important to me to find ways to relate to others, find their strengths, and enable them to grow. An ideal work environment is one where everyone who is interested is invited, has a seat at the table, has an equal voice and is heard. I do believe we are all stronger together. Everyone you meet has something to offer. It is up to us to see it and allow it to be part of us.
