Experienced Technical team leader and 4th line infrastructure support with a demonstrated history of managing teams and project management. Skilled in Virtualization, Clustering, Cisco and HP switches and routers. Have delivered from start to finish upgrade projects ranging from Hyperv 2016, MS SQL High avaliability - ESXI, and the full Microsoft suite. Especially SCCM, SCVMM and SCDPM. Fully experienced in Azure, both as a DR, cloud hosting and intune as MDM. Many projects around rationalising and updating Data warehousing. 20 yrs programming experience from Basic, C, various RDBA's including sql and lots of powershell. Indepth knowledge of warehousing systems from PLC controller coding to Physical deployment of systems. Particularly familiar with Siemens, Cognex and Datalogic products All whilst maintaining full documentation and implementing Change request Process where none existed. Itil v4 certified. Whilst At DD to i studied MCSE server 2016 and azure administrator & Completed two 5 day leadership development courses, iltil v4 foundation course & St johns first aid qualified.
