I have spent years working in manufacturing all over the world, have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA. In 2010 I bought Phoenix Floor Care in Grand Rapids, MI. Since then the company has been redesigned to focus on our core competencies (service and flexibility), core products (Classic and Titan Twin) and our customers. The result is a more focused yet more diversified company that is robust and growing. The most important project of the last several years was realizing that since the company had a great product that could clean floors without using water (Classic) that it would be easy to integrate a polishing head to our standard machine and create the first 100% functional machine that can clean and polish at the same time. That system, Phoenix Classic and the Titan Twin, saves our clients up to 30% on their annual floor care costs.
