I graduated from Cork Institute of Technology in 2007 with a first class honours in Chemical and Process Engineering. I joined Glanbia in 2007 as part of their graduate programme. I started out in Kilkenny where I got excellent experience in the maintenance/project department. I then had the opportunity to go to Idaho in the US to work as a project engineer on the construction of a new lactose plant. I stayed on after commissioning the plant to optimise the production facility using lean six sigma principles. I then joined Diamond Innovations in 2011 where I got valuable managerial experience. I joined MSD in 2012 where I have worked in several different technical and business roles of increasing responsibility.
