David Conyers has over 30 years of experience in marketing communications in numerous business-to-business market sectors including engineering, construction, defence, healthcare, information technology, accounting, education, mining, professional services, not for profit, oil and gas, publishing, telecommunications and utilities. As a marketing communications professional, David has a broad range of skills including marketing collateral, newsletters, social media, blogging, press releases, external and internal communications, event management, graphic design, brand management, websites, project management, team management, marketing strategies and market research. David is a specialist in expression of interest and tender writing, having written, edited, graphic designed and production managed hundreds of submissions to clients in a variety of sectors for both government and non-government organisations. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Melbourne, David initially worked as a civil engineer on remote mining and civil construction projects. Formerly a science fiction author and editor, he now writes espionage thriller fiction under a pseudonym Aiden Bailey with five novels published through Inkubator Press on Amazon. David was a volunteer contributing editor to ALBEDO ONE, Ireland’s premier science fiction and fantasy magazine, where he reviews books and interviews leading science fiction authors of the day, including Iain M Banks, Sean Williams, Julie Czerneda, Peter Watts, Will McIntosh, Charles Stross and Greg Egan. He writes espionage thriller fiction novels under the pen name Aiden Bailey.
