About David Cormier

Currently I work as a National Account Representative at Ulterra with my primary goal being to grow our market share and revenue in the Canadian and Global market working directly with operators. Recently I worked as a Technical Sales Representative with Smith Bits, I started at Smith on the product development team and after 3 years of successfully doing so moved to a sales role for the products I designed. Within my client portfolio I cover all plays across western Canada including geothermal, natural gas, heavy oil/ SAGD and unconventional drilling. My customer base ranges from small venture operators up to majors including Tourmaline Oil, Shell, Eavor, Petronas, ConocoPhillips, Tidewater, Cenovus, Ovintiv, Baytex, Spur and others. I am always looking to expand my current skill set and be challenged to find new ways to solve problems. On the personal side I am currently enjoying driving my 1949 GMC 1/2 ton which I did a complete restoration on. I have also taken up wood working over the last couple of years. I’m always building!
