About David Cowhig

As a Holistic Dentist and Founder of Dental Wellness, my team and I collaborate with like-minded Health Professionals to create 'Safer, Healthy, Beautiful Smiles', for our patients. My role as a Holistic Dentist differs to a traditional Dentist by considering my patient’s overall wellbeing as a factor in their dental health. I integrate natural health philosophies with orthodox medicine and dentistry using the most advanced techniques and biocompatible materials. As my patients want an aesthetic and natural tooth replacement with no side effects for their health, my aim is to have the first Holistic Bio Ceramic Implant and Aesthetic Dental Practice in Australia. I am trained in the Z-System implant system and am proud to be the first Australian Dentist to be placing Swiss made Bio Ceramic advanced dental implants. Europe has been successfully placing these implants for the last 20 years. I have been placing dental implants since 1995 and have now found a metal free solution that aligns with my Holistic Anti Ageing Aesthetic philosophy. After over 31 years practicing dentistry, I am still passionate about the development of Dental Wellness as a model to be integrated throughout the Dental World and will continue to build upon my skills in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, the science of Epigenetics and Nutrigenomics, and Anti-Ageing Medicine.
