Mr. Coyne has over thirty-four years of technical and corporate leadership experience in environmental consulting and advisory services throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Mr. Coyne’s areas of expertise are transactional and M&A environmental due diligence, strategic environmental asset management, site characterization and remedial design, stormwater management design, water resources engineering, surface water and watershed modeling systems, aquatic habitat impacts analysis, and site permitting. Mr. Coyne also serves as an Expert Consultant on environmental litigation matters for attorneys across the United States. He has authored magazine articles and short publications related to the application of transactional due diligence within the real estate market, emerging regulatory trends and standards development, and the key elements of successful stormwater management for land development projects. Mr. Coyne has been an Adjunct Professor in Villanova University’s Department of Geography and The Environment (GEV) since 2021, creating and teaching undergraduate- and graduate-level courses including Applied Environmental Science and Environmental Project Management. Mr. Coyne is also the Creator, Host and Writer of Environmental Experts Radio, a nationally-distributed podcast focused on the positive impact of work performed by environmental professionals. Prior to founding the podcast, he was a regular contributor to The Zweig Letter, authoring articles on technical and business operations within the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. Mr. Coyne is also a freelance writer and history enthusiast, and has been a contributor to Hidden City Philadelphia, authoring stories of lesser-known landmarks of sports and culture significant to the history of the greater Philadelphia area.
