I'm a highly accomplished and visionary professional with extensive experience in university teaching, administration, and leadership roles, dedicated to driving strategic initiatives to enhance academic excellence and student success. I've spearheaded innovative programs and initiatives throughout my career, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion across academic communities. With a solid understanding of higher education policies and practices, I'm committed to advancing institutional goals, promoting faculty development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for students. Additionally, As a Pastor with 37 years of experience working with youth, college age, and adults, I am passionate about leadership, discipleship, and developing future leaders in our universities for the world. In my ministry experience, I have served in leadership to youth, young adults, and adults. As the LA NDI President, I have administrated conferences and workshops while selecting and training leaders to lead seminars and mentoring others to do the same. As a staff member, I developed a Fundraising program for a 2.5 million dollar building expansion while overseeing the construction of the multi-purpose building expansion. The intense nature of multitasking and providing leadership to the church board, construction team, city leaders, and state leaders to fulfill the projects will aid me in the leadership and qualifications needed in this position. The knowledge gained in these areas has given me valuable experience in ministry to all races, which will benefit your institution as I seek to fulfill the university's mission.
