As someone who has experience in UI design, development, and engineering management, I understand the full scope of the creative and web development & engineering processes. I am able to communicate well with stakeholders in marketing, design, and engineering alike, and have lead countless projects from start to finish with great success, growing revenue and acquisition metrics 50+% YoY.My career has grown substantially over the last decade, and I've found a great passion for growth. Much of my career has been spent leading A/B testing initiatives to rapidly grow key business metrics. As a manager, I've combined my expertise in UI, UX, Web Development, and data analysis, spearheading projects in optimization, bringing immediate and incremental YoY revenue and acquisition growth for businesses.Growing into a management position was a turning point in my career.
