About David Crespin

My work experience includes education, both K-12 and post-secondary, and in mental health. I have worked in various administrative roles. I have done clinical mental health work, and I am currently in my internship to earn my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I like to work with a variety of populations on various areas for growth. My focus is with adolescents and adults who are experiencing life transitions, stressors, and/or mental illness. I come from person-centered approach, using an eclectic style to incorporate the appropriate modalities for the clients. My preferred modalities are CBT, Existential, and Gestalt. My five-year goals are to fulfill my internship requirements, graduate with my master of arts, and receive the 2-year post graduation hours to become a Licensed Personal Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. Most importantly, I want to my best to empower clients to manifest meaning and personal growth.
