Background

About David Curtis

I am a Partner in Interim Management within the Industrial Practice at Norman Broadbent, bringing over 19 years of expertise in executive recruitment, interim leadership, talent and learning development, diversity and inclusion, transformation consulting, and project management. I partner with organisations around the world to bridge C-Suite and senior leadership gaps, build high-performing transformation teams, and deliver mission-critical projects in times of crisis, change, or accelerated growth. Prior to specialising in interim management, I spent 12 years as a Global Director of Learning & Talent Development within FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations, where I led the design and delivery of global workforce learning strategies. Over the past nine years, I have worked with one of the UK’s top interim providers and launched my own successful interim solutions business. My track record spans multiple industries and functions, always with a focus on delivering high-impact, results-driven outcomes. I am passionate about connecting the right talent to the right challenge and take pride in providing world-class interim solutions that drive measurable business success.
