My career has been built on delivering reliable help desk support, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring end users have the tools they need to succeed.Throughout my career, I have supported thousands of users across a wide range of systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and clear communication. I take pride in being the person people can rely on when technology doesn’t behave the way it should.In addition to my help desk background, I have significant experience as a Procurement Administrator, managing technology purchasing, vendor relationships, and software licensing. I’ve worked with procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP/Ariba, and Coupa, helping organizations streamline purchasing processes, maintain compliance, and ensure teams have the right technology at the right time.My combined experience in IT support and procurement allows me to bridge the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business operations. I understand both the technical needs of users and the business processes required to acquire and manage technology effectively.I’m passionate about problem solving, continuous improvement, and helping organizations run smoothly through strong technical support and efficient procurement processes.On the other creative hand, I am Photography studio owner focused on capturing real personality—whether it’s high school seniors, four-legged legends, or once-in-a-lifetime moments. I blend creativity, humor, and a relaxed approach to create images people actually love (and want to show off).
