About David Davies

After many years of gravitating towards roles where I would be asked to manage/train newcomers, I found my niche in Learning and Development Consultancy. I take great joy in problem-solving and in today's world, that means making training more accessible and personal development to be as user-friendly as possible. Due to personal experience from a shop-level operator assembling parts, to now working as a part of a Global team responsible for the learning experience of over employees worldwide, this really provided me with insight at a fundamental level of the training needs of our organization and how to properly support and build that network. With the constant introduction of new software and AI, it's been really exciting to utilize these tools to enhance the experience of our users when it comes to their learning experience. I really enjoy creating business relationships with external parties and seeing how we can collaborate and knowledge share to ensure that the learner is fully immersed and enjoying their learning journey. The future of Learning and Development is really bright, and I'm really looking forward to seeing where it takes us.
