Information Technology professional with over 19 years of IT Industry experience, successfully implementing and managing IT Security /Service management capabilities at organizations that are recognized for developing and implementing best practice frameworks. I have demonstrated exceptional stakeholder management by aligning operational goals to business goals and following a risk-based approach to prioritize investment and resources. Built and managed service management capabilities, which includes securing budget, hiring, people management, tool set implementation and sponsoring audit of the function. My skills include working and implementation knowledge of Service Lifecycle framework (ITIL)/ Security Operations and the Risk and IT Governance framework (COBIT). I also possess implementation knowledge of IAM/ Security and Service management tools. I deliver results through consultation / using the LEAN approach to operations and projects and applying game theory at work.
