About David de Vos
After my studies in Industrial Psychology I decided to work for some time as an educator for teenagers with behavioral problems in a non-profit organization. Then crossed to the security sector as a training and audit officer at the G4S Training Center, where I provided and developed training programs mainly around conflict- and aggression management and other 'soft skills'. After six years as a trainer and a year and a half as coordinator I was promoted to the function of Training Program Manager. I currently work as a consultant for VDAB, the public employment service of Flanders, with people with different types of work disability. As a person with ASD myself, I am a strong advocate for inclusion in the workplace. Giving opportunities to people with disabilities, will give you a motivated and loyal employee!
