Background
About David Defazio
I am currently on a production systems operations group pager rotation to support SiteMinder and a few in-house programs running on WebLogic and Siebel with an Oracle database and SunOne directory servers. I have also written parts of the custom code (Java and C) which runs on these platforms, along with testing, monitoring, data scraping and other miscellaneous tools written in Java, C, Perl and UNIX scripts. To this end, I have participated in the full life cycle development of some of these software infrastructure products. I am the "go-to guy" at Fannie Mae for anything SiteMinder-related, and I have worked on a variety of projects, both with and without SiteMinder.I have also written much Java, C, Perl and UNIX scripts over the years and continue to write code on my own time - usually learning new areas inspired by programming contests, etc.Specialties: My current expertise revolves around CA SiteMinder, an authorization/authorization product for websites and applications. I have also written much Java, C, Perl and UNIX scripts over the years, and have an engineering physics background which I have put to use with simulation of nuclear power plants.
