Served my apprenticeship at United Tool and Engineering shop hours) 4 year shop floor certified training: Mathematics, specially machine building/assembly, Mechanical testing, manual machining, metallurgy, strength of materials, Industrial rigging, CNC, mold making, grinding, bench work, hand tools and Inspection. My continued education includes: Multi Axis CNC set-up, G&M code machining/program & editing. Blue print reading and GD & T. Part Inspection using specialized measuring equipment: Shadow graphs, molds, CMM, micrometer, and persicion gades. Experience with Project lead for aerospace, medical, Automotive, Nautical, R/V & multitude of Industries. Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineering. Continuous improvement, R&D for Production Operations and assembly, along with Manufacturing management, First piece inspection reports for PPAP, FAIR, and process machining in 30 piece studies. Excel & Word and understand similar software including ERP systems. Cad software for modeling and design includes Soildworks, Esprit, Autodesk Inventor for 3D design of specialized tooling, fixtures, gigs, and inspection gagging and dies. Personal note: This letter is intended to project to all a positive experience working together. I will, be / act my best self, try to have a positive attitude to create a friendly atmosphere. We all have our own problems in life and stresses. The workplace should not add to that. I am not perfect and do make mistakes as we all do. We all have adversity in our lives and these life tests are life lessons, pass or fail. Adversity can make us stronger, wiser, to have a moral compass and good character. Be a mentor, have patience, forgiveness and empathy. Learn from our mistakes and move forward. Be a better person and not to be / act above anyone else. We all have bad days, bad weeks, myself included and there are true tragities in life and we as Human Being should be empathic. I have NO tolerance for treating others negatively, with malice, retaliation, or ANY workplace harassment. Treat others as you want to be treated. I take great care as professional, Mentoring and leadership in the community and workplace, to move this education forward to the younger generation.
