I am a dedicated Rehabilitation Case Manager and Chartered Physiotherapist with a proven track record in physiotherapy since 2010 and case management since 2019. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in managing complex orthopaedic injuries, amputee and prosthetic rehabilitation, and supporting individuals with mild to moderate brain injuries, mental health challenges, and chronic pain. My professional journey spans various settings within the NHS and private sector, including trauma and orthopaedics, neurosurgery intensive care and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal outpatients, community rehabilitation, and intermediate care. Having worked for the Department for Work and Pensions, I have gained a deep understanding of the functional restrictions and challenges faced by clients with complex disabilities. This experience has honed my ability to establish and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of medical professionals, therapists, and carers to help clients achieve their full potential. In the NHS, I specialised in working with adults who had complex orthopaedic injuries, neurological, and physical disabilities, contributing to the successful rehabilitation of numerous individuals. My holistic and client-focused approach ensures that every rehabilitation plan is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, enabling them to regain independence and improve their quality of life. I plan to further my expertise by enrolling in a master’s module in amputee and prosthetic rehabilitation at the University of Southampton, aiming to become a recognised expert in the field. I am passionate about collaborating with personal injury solicitors, insurers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients navigating recovery.
