Currently Finished the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, I am deeply passionate about the field of IT Support. Through this training, I am mastering essential technical competencies, including but not limited to: Using security information and event management (SIEM) tools for cybersecurity, Frameworks and controls that inform security operations, and detecting and responding to incidents using an intrusion detection system. With a strong background in healthcare, I have developed exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. As a Nursing Assistant, I regularly interacted with patients, ensuring they understood complex medical information in a compassionate and clear manner. This experience has equipped me with the ability to convey technical concepts to users of varying skill levels, making me a valuable asset in any support role. My goal is to leverage these skills to provide effective solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline technical processes. In addition to my communication abilities, I thrive in fast-paced environments that require quick thinking and adaptability. My experience coordinating care in high-pressure situations has honed my capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently. I bring an empathetic approach to problem-solving, ensuring that users feel supported and valued.
