As an established marketing professional with over 20 years of experience, including over 10 in the United Arab Emirates, I have managed over 20 franchises for the Al Ghandi Auto Group. My background in design has equipped me with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to marketing communications, both through conventional and digital means. In addition, my expertise extends to brand management (CI), market research and analysis, as well as implementing ideation. Furthermore, I possess extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM), which has enabled me to build robust processes, create long-term relationships with customers, while ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey. In addition, my experience in logistics and distribution within the automotive industry has provided me with a strong understanding of the complexities of the supply chain and how to effectively manage it.
