26 years of experience in composite materials in the aeronautical and motorsport industry in the production area with direct contact with quality, planning, engineering, supply chain, commercial and maintenance/repair of composite aircraft structures. Driven by operational excellence, with participation and leadership in projects to implement lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Management Control, Visual Management, TPM, and Boa Ideia as well as leading projects to improve quality, increase productivity and reduce costs and waste. Holder of vast experience in industrialization of new products and processes, continuous improvement, increase in production capacity and maintenance of quality certifications as a Production Supervisor. Fluent in French, with knowledge of Spanish and English. He defines himself as someone demanding with himself, organized, responsible and committed to the expected results.
